Alphabet is one of the most largest technology company and one of the most valuable companies in the world. The above company named was created through realignment of Google on 2nd of October, 2015, and turned the parent company of Google with most formerly Google subsidiaries. It has been confirmed has No 5 biggest American information technology companies.
History
Google pass information plan to create a new public holding company, Alphabet Inc. on the 10th August, 2015. Google co-founder and CEO Larry Page made this announcement in a weblog post on Google’s official blog. The purpose why Alphabet was created to restructure Google is to move subsidiaries from Google to Alphabet The new holding company would consist of Google as well as other businesses including X Development, Calico, Nest, Verily, Fiber, Makani, CapitalG, and GV. Sundar Pichai, the company’s Product Chief, who became the new chief executive officer of Google, replacing Page, who changed to the role of running Alphabet, along with co-founder Sergey Brin.
